Details: The boards of the IMA Bellevue/Eastside and IMA Seattle chapters have voted to merge their respective chapters and jointly form the IMA Greater Seattle chapter. The IMA organization will help simplify the change by assigning all members of both chapters to the new merged chapter. Hence, members of the Bellevue and Seattle chapters will not need to take any action to join the Greater Seattle Chapter. Members of other IMA chapters can join the new Greater Seattle chapter once the merger has been completed and the option to do so becomes available at the www.imanet.org website.
A combined board of directors has been selected for the IMA Greater Seattle Chapter and we are busy planning our 2010-2011 event schedule. Events will be held in Bellevue and Seattle. Your suggestions for topics and speakers are greatly appreciated. Everyone is invited to join the summer board meetings.
