About Sue Danbom:
Sue Danbom has 16 years of experience in the staffing industry. After 10 years of agency experience hiring
accounting and finance professionals and taking top national honors from her company for 3 consecutive years,
she has taken a role in the training of executive recruiters. As the Director of Training for Volt’s
Professional Search, not only does she teach this subject, she practices it in her own hiring decisions.
Sue has been an IMA Chapter member for 15 years. (Bellevue, Rainier and most recently Seattle Chapters). She spoke last year at the Tampa National IMA Convention (“Engaging Gen X&Y - Your Organizations Fateful Future”), She is also a contributor to the ERE - Electronic Recruiting Exchange - web-site for recruiting professionals.
